Job summary

Residence Inn Pigeon Forge is hiring a Breakfast Attendant to start the day with warmth, great service, and a smile. You will greet guests, stock and maintain the breakfast area, and ensure a clean, inviting space as eggs and waffles are served hot.

In this fast-paced, guest-focused role, you’ll follow health and safety standards, handle guest requests professionally, and work with a team to deliver consistent, positive experiences every morning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or hotel experience a plus.
• Guest service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service

Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Restaurant experience a plus
• Hotel experience highly preferred
• Guest service experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
• Team player who can also work independently
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
