Job summary

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bentonville is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, set up and monitor the breakfast area, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced hotel environment. A friendly, guest-focused attitude and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities include restocking, ensuring health and safety standards, engaging with guests to ensure satisfaction, and keeping the breakfast area tidy and inviting for a positive start to the day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant or hotel experience is a plus.
• Ability to work early mornings and stand for long periods.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude

Skills & Experience

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
• Flexible, adaptable, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
