Holiday Inn Express & Suites Manchester-CONF CTR (Tullahoma) is seeking a friendly Breakfast Attendant to greet guests, maintain a clean breakfast area, and ensure a positive start to every day.

The role emphasizes excellent guest service, adherence to health and safety policies, and teamwork in a fast-paced hotel environment in Manchester, TN. Prior restaurant or hotel service experience is a plus, with opportunities for benefits and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Restaurant experience is a plus.
• Hotel experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area.
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas.
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu.
• Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards.
• Deliver consistent, excellent guest service.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area
• Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
• Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service

Skills & Experience:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
