Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving a fresh, inviting breakfast presentation, greeting guests warmly, and providing excellent service.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet attractively, organized, clean, and standardized.
2. Greet each guest warmly at breakfast.
3. Provide personalized service to guests.
4. Take inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed daily.
5. Order or purchase food supplies as needed.
6. Prepare foods such as cut fruit, coffee, and juices.
7. Stock coffee, juice, and milk containers.
8. Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups, and other products.
9. Arrange cold foods like pastries and cereals for self-service.
10. Warm and serve hot foods such as hashbrowns and French toast.
11. Clear and clean tables as guests leave.
12. Wipe spills and maintain cleanliness.
13. Clean floors in kitchen and dining areas.
14. Remove trash regularly.
15. Restock self-service food and supplies as needed.
16. Wash and store china, flatware, and serving equipment.
17. Organize and store food orders properly.
18. Follow health department rules for food handling, preparation, and storage.
19. Perform additional tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to understand concepts, practices, and procedures related to guest service.
• Effective communication skills; polite, courteous, and responsive.
• Proficiency in speaking and writing English.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and twisting.
