Hours: Wednesday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 1:30PM

Job Summary:
The breakfast attendant oversees the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet, as well as maintaining the dining space, ensuring food is available, and providing any other guest services as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as pre-cooked eggs, sausage, potatoes, and hot dogs and hold food warm until served.
• Prepare enough food as sales tours demand.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Operate convection oven and hot boxes.
• Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
• Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.
• Take delivery of supplies.
• Practices safe food handling techniques in food preparation and storage.
• Regulate the temperature of ovens and hot boxes.
• All other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Basic understanding of professional cooking.
• Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures.
• Previous prep or cooking experience.
• Professional communication skills are required.
• Ability to take direction.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
• Must have problem-solving abilities and be self-motivated and organized.
• Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge.
• Food Handlers permit required.
• Must be flexible and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
