Summary of Position
Set up and prepare breakfast items as directed. Prepare food, restock buffet stations, clear tables, and converse with guests in a friendly and service-centric manner. At the end of service, break down the buffet station, clean the breakfast area, and ensure the kitchen is clean. Prepare stock for the following day and submit weekly orders to management.
Requirements
- Minimum one (1) year of customer-facing experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.

- Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace and patron space.
- Follow company procedures for closing and cleaning all areas and equipment.
- Report all tips (cash and charged) per local and state regulations.
- Assist with food inventory and storing.
- Perform other duties as needed and requested by management.
