Job summary

CLOCKTOWER HOTEL AT CENTURY LLC is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to support the hotel dining operation. You will set up the breakfast line, serve guests in a courteous manner, and ensure brand standards are followed throughout shifts.

The role involves food preparation as needed and maintaining a clean, organized serving area. Qualified applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and work weekend/holiday hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Set up serving line for opening and maintain it during shift.
• Serve and assist guests in a pleasant and courteous manner at all times.
• Prepare food for service as designated by brand standards.
• Keep serving line clean and neat at all times.
• At end of shift, clean and break down serving line for the next shift.
