Job summary

ZMC Hotels in Duluth, MN is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to start around 5 am. You will prep food, clean, restock, and greet guests during your shift, ensuring a welcoming breakfast service and a clean post-shift environment.

You should be friendly, highly organized, and capable of working as part of a team with basic computer and arithmetic skills. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete knowledge of daily house count, in-house groups, and features and services provided by the hotel.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Greet and acknowledge all arriving guests.
• Be aware of guests' needs; assist in providing a pleasant experience.
• Promote and educate guests on all breakfast options available per brand standards.
