Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Able to work early morning shifts and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the daily complimentary hotel breakfast.
• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide friendly, professional service.
• Monitor breakfast stations and replenish food, beverages, and supplies.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, waffles, cereals, pastries, fruits, and other items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive breakfast area throughout service.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a courteous manner.
• Complete breakfast cleanup and prepare area for the following day.

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team!

As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and replenishing breakfast items while ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the daily complimentary hotel breakfast according to hotel standards
• Greet guests with a warm smile and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Monitor breakfast stations and promptly replenish food, beverages, and supplies
• Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, waffles, cereals, pastries, fruits, and other menu selections
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and attractive breakfast area throughout service
• Clean and sanitize tables, countertops, breakfast equipment, and dining surfaces
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, temperature control, and safety procedures
• Monitor inventory and notify management when food or supplies need replenishing
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner
• Complete breakfast cleanup, including washing dishes, storing food, and preparing the area for the following day
• Follow all hotel policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred, but not required – we are happy to train the right person!
• Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused personality
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy breakfast environment
• Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing light lifting during shifts
• Ability to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for our guests
