Job summary

Witham Family Hotels is hiring a Full-Time Year-Round Breakfast Associate for the Hampton Inn Ellsworth. You will prepare and replenish breakfast items, keep the dining area clean, and ensure guests have what they need to start their day.

Qualifications

Are you a friendly and dependable person who enjoys creating a great start to someone’s day? We’re looking for a Full-Time Year-Round Breakfast Associate to join our team at the Hampton Inn Ellsworth.

In this role, you’ll help provide a welcoming breakfast experience for our guests by preparing and replenishing breakfast items, keeping the dining area clean and organized, and making sure guests have everything they need to start their day. You’ll play an important part in maintaining a clean, inviting, and well-stocked breakfast area while providing friendly and attentive service.

Position Details:

Status: Full-Time, Year-Round
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week; morning shifts with a schedule that may include weekends and holidays
Location: Hampton Inn Ellsworth

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up, and replenish breakfast items throughout the morning
• Ensure the breakfast area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests
• Monitor food levels and restock items as needed
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• Keep tables, counters, serving areas, and equipment clean throughout breakfast service
• Assist guests with questions and requests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Monitor the breakfast area and remove dishes, trash, and other items as needed
• Complete opening and closing breakfast duties
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing breakfast supplies
• Communicate food, supply, or equipment needs to the appropriate team member
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen and storage areas
• Follow hotel standards and procedures for breakfast service, cleanliness, and safety
• Work cooperatively with the Front Desk, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments
• Assist with additional hotel duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, positive, and guest-focused attitude
• Reliable and dependable
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized while managing multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
