Witham Family Hotels’ Hampton Inn Ellsworth is seeking a Front Desk Agent to greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and ensure a seamless stay. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, delivering friendly service and resolving issues to keep guests happy.

The full-time, year-round role offers 40 hours weekly, including 2 night audit shifts and 3 evening shifts, with starting pay at $18/hour and a strong benefits package focused on wellness and family.

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at the Hampton Inn in Ellsworth, Maine. This full-time year round position and is ideal for someone who enjoys welcoming guests, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll play a key role in making their stay comfortable and memorable. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, your friendly attitude and attention to detail will help create a seamless guest experience.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, year round
