Hampton Inn Ellsworth is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to keep guest rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. This full-time seasonal role runs spring through fall, with 40 hours per week and weekend, evening, and holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Independence and teamwork abilities required.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness are essential.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift during an 8-hour shift.
• Lift up to 35 pounds and push housekeeping carts.
• Training provided for applicants without previous housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to hotel and brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and restock bathrooms.
• Replace linens and towels.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas (hallways, lobby, restrooms).
• Replenish supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper).
• Remove trash and soiled linens from rooms and work areas.
• Report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a professional attitude with guests and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms to hotel and brand standards, including:
