Job Description:

Title: PC Break/Fix Technician

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: Ongoing (slated to be ongoing, but cannot guarantee contract length)

Pay Rate: $17/hr

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• IT service delivery (IMAC, Break Fix, Desk side Support)
• Troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, basic deployments & repair on client assets in campus/remote locations
• Identifying potential issues impacting end-user experience and following through on action steps
• Escalating issues impacting clients to Desktop Support Site Lead
• Developing technical and customer skills for broader field service roles
• Basic installation and maintenance of technical products
• Following predefined procedures and tasks in daily activities

Must-Haves:

• CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical knowledge/experience preferred
• Minimum 1+ year experience servicing/deploying computer equipment
• Proven customer service background
• Experience in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of Windows OS environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution
