Job summary

Chick-fil-A Bend is seeking a Team Member for the Breading Kitchen to prepare and bread chicken in high-volume, fast-paced shifts. You will restock, fillet, bread, and support dishwashing, while maintaining cleanliness and following food safety standards.

Applicants should be proactive, team-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure. This role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work on their feet for several hours.
• Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.
• Prior kitchen or food-prep experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to procedural standards and restock breading station.
• Bread, fillet, and breading tasks; maintain station cleanliness.
• Assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Support kitchen team to ensure timely meal prep and quality.
