Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a hard-working, dependable Kitchen Team Member with a primary focus on the chicken breading. You will work at the breading station and help prepare our chicken to Chick-fil-A standards for quality, food safety, and consistency.

This hands-on, fast-paced role emphasizes teamwork, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to doing things the right way. You may be cross-trained to other Back of House areas as needed and must be available 2:00 PM through close.

• Must be available from 2:00 PM through close (about 11 PM).
• Comfortable handling and preparing raw chicken.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in the chicken breading area while supporting other Kitchen positions as needed.
• Prepare and bread chicken according to procedures and quality standards.
• Safely handle and prepare raw chicken.
• Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency in food preparation, portioning, appearance, and quality.
• Follow proper rotation, storage, and food-handling procedures.
• Monitor product needs and communicate with team members to maintain flow.
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing responsibilities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and ready-to-serve kitchen.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention procedures.
