Job summary

Chick-fil-A restaurant is seeking a Lead Breader to maintain proper breading procedures so every piece of chicken meets Chick-fil-A standards. This role requires a strong voice and the ability to uphold quality, food safety, and production consistency throughout the day.

You will work closely with leaders and staff, train and coach other breaders on SOPs, and communicate on catering/peak-volume days. There is room for growth into higher leadership roles within the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper breading procedures to meet Chick-fil-A standards.
• Ensure proper rotation, hold times, and cooked product levels throughout the day.
• Communicate with leaders on catering/peak-volume days.
• Train and coach other breaders on SOPs per Chick-fil-A requirements.
• Support leadership development and team performance improvements.
