Kadant Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Brazil to lead sales and business development in chemical pulping and related systems. The role requires building technical system sales, equipment sales, and project solutions, with travel to customers and occasional work from a home office in Brazil.

Some visits to the Lebanon, OH plant will be needed. The candidate should have a strong technical background in mechanical or chemical engineering, 10+ years in the pulp and paper sector,

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Demonstrates KBC values of personal accountability, discipline, trust, and proactive action.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or chemical engineering, pulp & paper science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Ten or more years’ related experience in the pulp and paper or allied fields.

• Achieve annual bookings goals with a focused approach.
• Develop qualified leads/opportunities for new business and predictable sales forecasting.
• Capture short-term projects to support budgeted plans.
• Implement strategic key account management and top customer plans.
• Prioritize product line sales plans and develop targeted solutions.
• Demonstrate value of KBC solutions to customers.
