Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales, Business Ops, or Business Development in tech/real estate/travel.
• Strategic thinker with proven growth ownership and OKRs.
• Entrepreneurial, resourceful and goal-driven.
• Strong project management and leadership of strategic programs.
• Forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics using data.
• Sales or external relationship management across tech and consumer goods.
• Persuasive negotiation and consensus-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business acumen.
• Empathy for community and passion for revenue growth.
• Excel (pivot, large data sets), SQL, and forecasting/modeling experience.
