Responsibilities

• Own positioning and launch communications for new features and updates.
• Develop campaigns and messaging frameworks; oversee execution.
• Define audiences and build plans aligned to goals.
• Collaborate with channel owners to set editorial approach and messaging.
• Report on reach, engagement and business metrics; manage sentiment dashboards.
• Lead proactive and reactive communications plans; partner with product design and marketing.
• Contribute as an individual contributor and cross-functional leader.
