Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Brazer/Welder to join our Conroe, TX team. The role involves brazing and welding various materials using MIG and TIG in both manual and automated contexts.

You will work in a welding shop focused on manufacturing and repairs, estimate job timelines with management, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while complying with QHSE standards. Pre-employment steps and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Stabil Drill is currently seeking a Brazer/Welder to join our team in Conroe Texas. This position performs duties that include brazing and welding various types of materials with MIG and TIG both in manual and automated applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for manufacturing and repair functions in the welding shop.
• Work with management to estimate time frame on welding jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED) preferred.
• 1 year of welding experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
