Aerotek, based in North Chesterfield, VA, is seeking a Brazer to assemble and braze components per drawings, using brazing torches and SRC specs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork in a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift within a climate-controlled facility.

Join a hands-on team performing brazing on coils, with opportunities to support other departments and maintain 5S standards on site. This contract-to-hire role offers weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

As a Brazer, you will be responsible for assembling and brazing components to precise specifications, ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will handle tasks such as gathering component parts, operating brazing torches, and collaborating with team members to maintain safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

Work Environment

The facility is very clean and climate-controlled, with a welding shop in the back and a modern cafeteria. Employees work from approximately 3pm to 11:30pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to supervise second shift as needed. A daily meeting at 2:30pm provides updates and information to second shift team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Chesterfield, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
