Position Summary
Based in Fairfield, OH, the Braze Assembly C position will perform essential job functions under general supervision, responsible for the preparation of customer parts for brazing according to written requirements/specifications. The role is safety‑sensitive and will require adherence to all applicable safety, environmental, and operational procedures.

- Shift schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and basic physical.
Essential Job Functions (Duties and Responsibilities)
- Receiving and inspection of customer parts for brazing.
- Preparation of customer parts for brazing according to blueprints and specifications, including cleaning and assembly.
- Practices and promotes safety and good housekeeping.
- Must work in a manner consistent with the EMS.
- Responsible for the care and treatment of customer inventory, performing duties safely to prevent loss or damage.
- Performs other tasks as assigned or dictated by position.
- Must have the ability to report for work on time, follow directions, interact effectively with co‑workers, understand and follow rules and procedures, and accept constructive criticism.
Qualifications
- Must satisfy ITAR compliance requirements; candidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Resident Card Holders.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0‑2 years of experience in brazing.
- Must be able to read blueprints/specifications.
- Must be able to wear safety equipment as required.
- Must demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and databases, is required.
Physical & Mental Demands
- Must be able to work in a sitting position for extended periods (at a desk, while driving, and/or on airplane travel) in an office/industrial environment.
- Manual dexterity to perform data entry functions.
- Ability to bend, pull, stoop, climb, twist, and reach to perform functions.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, humidity, etc.
- Must have the cognitive and mental capacity to perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Visual acuity to read documents, computer screens, files, etc.
- Ability to hear in person and via phone.
