Massive Rocket Limited is seeking a CRM Developer (Braze) to lead email template rebuilds for a major platform merger in the insurance sector. You will craft scalable, modular templates with Braze, HTML, CSS and Liquid, ensuring fidelity to legacy communications while improving maintainability.

You’ll work with marketing, data, and engineering teams in a remote-first setup to deliver production‑ready assets across regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in CRM development or email tech implementation.
• Hands-on Braze experience building production email assets.
• Advanced HTML/CSS with responsive, modular templates.

Responsibilities

• Build and rebuild email templates and components in Braze using HTML, CSS, Liquid.
• Develop scalable, modular template frameworks for campaign delivery.
• Implement dynamic content from multiple sources.
• QA, rendering validation, cross-environment testing to minimize defects.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure stable production releases.
• Collaborate with marketing, data and engineering teams on migrations.
• Document template systems and best practices.
• Support clean release cycles in enterprise environments.
