Job summary

Equinox Fitness Club in New York seeks a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Contract / Part Time) to support lifecycle programs across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging, building campaigns in Braze and ensuring quality.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to deepen expertise in marketing technology, with 1–2 years in marketing or CRM and hands-on Braze experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, CRM, or a related discipline.
• Interest in marketing technology and CRM platforms such as Braze.
• Strong attention to detail with a high bar for accuracy and quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy campaigns in Braze across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging.
• Implement personalization by club, behavior, and interests using Braze tools.
• Conduct QA prior to launch including links, tracking, and rendering across clients.
• Build and maintain audiences, segments, and subscription groups in Braze and CDP.
• Update and optimize live campaigns and journeys as programs evolve.
• Execute campaigns per CRM calendar with tagging and scheduling.
• Partner with Brand & Member Marketing and Creative to bring campaigns to life in Braze.
• Support A/B testing and analyze campaign performance for optimization.
