Role Overview: The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, and supporting a positive, high-energy environment.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create an operation that values Company standards of Guest Service, ensuring every guest contact exceeds expectations.
• Contribute to a high-energy environment that promotes maximum engagement and enjoyment for the Family and Guests.
• Communicate effectively with management and family members, fostering an open and respectful work environment.
• Model and execute Company practices to maintain a high-energy environment for the family and guests.
• Make sound, effective decisions that benefit the guest and family.
• Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold ethical standards.
• Comply with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Document all accidents and incidents per Company policies.
• Know property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper setups, capacity, hours, pricing, and dress codes.
• Perform physical movements as required throughout the work area.
• Work with minimal supervision and maintain strict adherence to sanitation/health regulations.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Handle and sort dishes efficiently, following all safety precautions.

Additional Information: One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
