The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. Directs, implements, and maintains a philosophy congruent with Company culture, which serves as a guide to all family members.

Essential Job Functions :

8. Maintains complete knowledge of and complies with all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
9. Ensures proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per Company policies and procedures.
10. Maintains complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price ranges, and dress codes.
11. Endures physical movements throughout the work area.
12. Performs job functions with minimal supervision.
13. Maintains and strictly abides by state sanitation/health regulations and Company standards of operation.
14. Inspects cleanliness and organization of line workstations; rectifies deficiencies and maintains throughout the shift.
15. Retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays.
16. Sorts dirty dishes into racks.
17. Places racks through dishwashing system, following all safety precautions and standards.
18. Sorts and shelves clean dishes per Company standards.

Additional Info :

One to two years experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
