The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment. The role also involves supporting a positive team environment aligned with Company culture, which serves as a guide for all family members.

Requirements

• Inspects cleanliness and organization of workstations, rectifies deficiencies, and maintains standards throughout the shift.
• Retrieves and sorts dirty dishes, operates dishwashing equipment safely, and shelves clean dishes according to standards.

Additional Information

One to two years of experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
