The Dishwasher provides assistance to the kitchen staff in maintaining the smooth operation of guest service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include maintaining organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment, while directing, implementing, and maintaining a philosophy congruent with Company culture.

Requirements

Essential Job Functions

8. Ensures proper documentation for all accidents and incidents per Company policies.
9. Maintains complete knowledge of property layouts, table/seat/station numbers, and service standards.
10. Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work area and perform job functions with minimal supervision.
11. Maintains and strictly abides by state sanitation/health regulations and Company standards.
12. Inspects cleanliness and organization of line workstations; rectifies deficiencies throughout the shift.
13. Retrieves dirty dishes from the line, counter, or service assistant trays.
14. Sorts dirty dishes into racks and places racks through the dishwashing system, following all safety precautions.
15. Sorts and shelves clean dishes per Company standards.
