We serve nourishing food inspired by traditional ingredients and flavors of the Southern U.S., Caribbean, and Mexico. Our hospitality style is welcoming and inclusive, and we operate in a fast-paced environment. Brasa Rotisserie is popular in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
