Job summary

LHH is seeking a contract Project/Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver healthcare client projects within budget, scope, and timeline. You will present updates to stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will be onsite in downtown Nashville, 40 hours per week, 6 months with potential extension or conversion. Compensation is $40.00–$45.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and leave offerings as provided by the employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-5 years of experience as a project/program manager.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects for our healthcare client within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Employment Type: Contract (6 months) with potential for extension or conversion

Workplace Type: Onsite (5 days a week in downtown office), 40 hours per week

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
