Job summary

DCG ONE is seeking a Branded Merchandise Coordinator to help manage large, complex programs for top-tier clients—covering sourcing, production, warehousing, and ordering portals. You’ll work with our Branded Merchandise expert to support sales initiatives at our Upper Marlboro, MD, or Seattle, WA location.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an account or client support is beneficial but not required.
• Understanding of the branded merchandise product environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a desire to grow by learning from experts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branded Merchandise team in sourcing and managing product production via a third-party network.
• Communicate with vendors on availability, schedules, order status, tracking and invoicing.
• Assist the team in data entry for client and vendor billing and reconciliation.
• Keep CRM and project management software updated with project and production details.
