Job summary

Razorfish, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director, Content to lead branded content partnerships that connect media, creative, and culture to drive business results. You will manage a team and coordinate across partners, clients, and internal teams from development through activation and measurement.

Reporting to the Director, you will shape strategic direction, oversee governance, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders while guiding a path for innovative content

Qualifications

• 5+ years in branded content or related field; agency experience preferred.
• Experience leading content programs from development through activation and measurement.
• Strong understanding of media trends and cultural dynamics impacting brands.
• Strategic and creative judgment with ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day development and activation of branded content programs.
• Lead cross-functional execution across clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Oversee paid media activation, measurement, and program reporting.
• Present recommendations and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Coach junior team members and contribute to new ideas.
