Job summary

Razorfish in the United States is seeking a Content Supervisor to bridge media, creative, and culture for branded activations. You’ll help ideate, plan, and produce content across paid channels, including digital, social, audio, streaming, TV, and experiential formats.

The role supports content production, partner coordination, and program management while staying aligned with client objectives and media strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of branded content, media investment, social media, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong project management with budgets and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; client-facing materials experience.
• Ability to distill discussions into clear takeaways and next steps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Copilot or AI tools a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Interest in consumer behavior, media trends and culturally relevant storytelling.
• Flexibility to support production windows and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to ideation, content planning, and program development aligned to client objectives and media strategies.
• Support media partnership RFP processes, proposal evaluations, and tactical recommendation development.
• Manage media plan development and execution, keeping activation details and budgets on track.
• Coordinate production logistics, brand assets, creative reviews, stakeholder feedback, and partner deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day program workflows, timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables, and reporting.
• Develop client-facing materials, including presentations, POVs, recaps, status updates, and wrap reports.
• Monitor cultural trends, consumer behavior, and marketplace opportunities to inform content ideas and partner recommendations.
• Identify risks, solve problems proactively, escalate when needed, and maintain high-quality standards.
