Job summary

Jerseydigs is seeking a Manager, Visual Brand Presentation to bridge creative strategy with field execution in our retail network. You will lead the development and enforcement of visual standards, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all stores.

You’ll partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Ops, and Field Leadership to translate strategies into clear directives, playbooks, and actionable guidelines that elevate customer experience and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail brand presentation.
• Experience creating visual standards, floor sets, and execution documentation.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies and maintenance of standards across store locations.
• Ensure consistency in product presentation, floor sets, brand standards, seasonal campaigns, and displays.
• Conduct store visits and visual audits to assess execution quality and identify improvements.
• Translate brand strategies into clear visual standards for field teams.
• Develop visual guidelines, floor set directives, seasonal playbooks, and tools.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure alignment.
• Monitor compliance and drive improvements in visual communications and guideline production.
