Job summary

Jerseydigs is seeking a Manager, Visual Brand Presentation to bridge creative strategy with field execution in our retail network. You will lead the development and enforcement of visual standards, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all stores.

You’ll partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Ops, and Field Leadership to translate strategies into clear directives, playbooks, and actionable guidelines that elevate customer experience and drive performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or retail brand presentation.
  • Experience creating visual standards, floor sets, and execution documentation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.

Overview

The Manager, Visual Brand Presentation is responsible for developing, documenting, and executing visual brand standards across the retail organization. This role serves as the bridge between creative strategy and field execution, ensuring that visual merchandising concepts are translated into clear, actionable guidelines that drive consistent brand presentation across all store locations. The Manager partners closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Store Operations, Store Design, and Field Leadership teams to create visual directives, support store execution, and maintain brand integrity.

Responsibilities

Visual Brand Presentation Leadership

  • Lead the execution of visual merchandising strategies and maintenance of visual merchandising standards that support brand objectives and enhance the customer experience across all store locations.
  • Ensure consistency in product presentation, floor sets, brand standards, seasonal campaigns, promotional displays, window presentations, and in-store storytelling.
  • Conduct store visits, visual audits, and market reviews to assess execution quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align visual presentation strategies with merchandising and marketing priorities.
  • Evaluate store visual execution and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Visual Guideline Development & Production

  • Lead the development, production, and maintenance of all visual merchandising guidelines, floor set directives, seasonal playbooks, and execution tools.
  • Translate brand strategies, merchandising priorities, and campaign objectives into clear, actionable visual standards for store teams.
  • Create comprehensive visual communication packages including fixture maps, merchandising diagrams, product placement guides, styling direction, and installation instructions.
  • Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to ensure alignment across all visual documentation.
  • Establish standardized templates, processes, and communication formats that drive consistency across the fleet.
  • Oversee the production and distribution of visual materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery.
  • Manage photography, rendering, mock store reviews, and visual assets used to support execution guides and training materials.
  • Collaborate with production vendors and internal creative teams to develop signage, graphics, display elements, and support materials required for visual initiatives.
  • Ensure all visual standards and directives are operationally executable and aligned with store labor capabilities.
  • Continuously refine visual communication tools based on field feedback, execution results, and evolving business needs.
  • Maintain a centralized library of visual standards, best practices, and historical reference materials.
  • Develop quick-reference tools, implementation checklists, and troubleshooting resources that support field adoption and execution success.
  • Support testing and pilot programs by documenting learnings and creating scalable execution frameworks for fleet-wide rollout.

Project & Operations Management

  • Manage visual presentation calendars and coordinate rollout schedules for seasonal and promotional initiatives.
  • Support new store openings, remodels, and refresh projects through the development of visual standards and execution materials.
  • Partner with Store Operations to ensure visual programs are operationally feasible and scalable.
  • Track project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of visual communication assets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, Store Design, and Operations teams to support product launches and retail campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from field teams to improve visual standards, communication tools, and execution processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for visual presentation questions and implementation support.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor visual compliance and execution metrics across store locations.
  • Analyze field feedback, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop processes that improve the efficiency, clarity, and effectiveness of visual communications and guideline production.
  • Recommend enhancements to tools, templates, and visual presentation resources.
Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, Communications, and/or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail brand presentation, visual communications, or related disciplines.
  • Experience creating visual standards, merchandising directives, floor set guides, and execution documentation.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar presentation and design tools.
  • Experience supporting multi-store retail organizations.
  • Background in specialty retail or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience with planogram development and retail space planning tools.
  • Knowledge of store operations and retail execution processes.
