Job summary

Converse is seeking a Converse Direct Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support in-store brand standards. You will merchandise displays, maintain marketing materials, and enhance the in-store brand presence across Converse Stores.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, with flexible scheduling and 1–4 hour visits, typically 1–4 visits per month, starting at $24/hour, dependent on market and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or visual merchandising preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site.
• Must own a smart device with internet access (iOS 16+ or Android 13+).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain product presentation to ensure premium in-store experience.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback using the ThirdChannel app.
