Job summary

Converse Direct Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising is a flexible, in-store role supported by ThirdChannel. You will execute brand standards, maintain displays, and ensure marketing materials are visible across Converse stores.

Expect 1–4 hour visits, with 1–4 visits per month depending on location. Independent work and scheduling coordination with store leadership are required for success.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for the Converse brand, footwear, and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos and feedback using the ThirdChannel app.
