Job summary

Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising is a 1099 independent contractor role coordinating in-store brand execution. You will perform Converse product displays, verify marketing materials, and protect premium presentation standards across assigned stores.

The position requires retail/visual merchandising experience, a passion for Converse, and strong communication skills. Visits range 1–2 hours per store, with roughly one visit per month and scheduling Monday through Thursday.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or visual merchandising experience strongly preferred.
• Passion for Converse brand and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently on site.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines and directives.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing and promotional materials.
• Maintain product presentation standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
• Educate and engage store associates about Converse products and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports, including photos and written feedback, using ThirdChannel app on a smart device.
