Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support brand standards across assigned territories. You will merchandise displays, maintain in-store marketing materials, and ensure premium presentation aligned with Converse guidelines.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor, with visits typically 1–2 hours per store and roughly one visit per month, Monday–Thursday. Compensation starts at $24/hour, with scheduling coordinated with store management.

Qualifications

• Retail/visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Own a smart device with internet access.
• Ability to work independently and on-site.
• Strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines and directives.
• Ensure installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain premium product presentations in-store.
• Educate store associates on Converse products and campaigns.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through and visibility.
• Submit store visit reports with photos via the ThirdChannel app.
