Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Converse Direct Brand Representative – Visual Merchandising to support brand standards and marketing initiatives in Converse stores. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor role with flexible scheduling and project-based visits.

You will merchandise displays, ensure visibility of materials, and report findings via the ThirdChannel app. Compensation starts at $24/hour and varies by market and experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Passion for the Converse brand and lifestyle fashion.
• Strong attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a smart device with internet access. (iOS 16.0+ / Android 13.0+)

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising according to Converse guidelines.
• Confirm installation and visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain premium product presentation in-store.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit store visit reports with photos via the ThirdChannel app.
