Job summary

Converse is seeking a Brand Representative for visual merchandising in Converse Stores. This 1099 independent contractor role involves executing brand standards, merchandising displays, and maintaining in-store marketing presence.

You will visit stores for 1–4 hours per session, with 1–4 visits per month depending on location, scheduling coordinated with store leadership and reporting results using the ThirdChannel app on a smart device.

Qualifications

• Retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong interest in Converse brand and fashion.
• Attention to detail and brand presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own a smart device with internet access (iOS/Android).

Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising per Converse guidelines.
• Install and verify visibility of marketing materials.
• Maintain premium product presentation in-store.
• Build relationships with store teams to support sell-through.
• Submit visit reports via ThirdChannel app with photos and notes.
