You will create high-quality marketing collateral and templates, ensuring on-brand storytelling and effective messaging to engage student audiences and aid leasing efforts. Under the Graphic Design Manager, you will manage multiple projects, stay current with trends, and contribute to Tailwind Group initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or related field is required or preferred.
• 1+ years in marketing/design-focused role is desirable.
• Ability to maintain brand consistency across materials.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral and templates for multiple channels.
• Develop visual assets for digital and print materials.
• Ensure brand consistency across properties and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Leasing, and internal teams on requests.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices.
