Tailwind Group is seeking a Brand Design Specialist to enhance the visual identity across student housing properties. You will create marketing assets, templates, and campaigns that engage student audiences and support leasing, under the Graphic Design Manager. Current market data sets the salary range and offers bonus potential.

This is an in-person role with some flexibility for remote consideration. You will maintain brand consistency, design across digital and print channels, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or design-focused role.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling marketing materials and scalable templates for on-site teams.
• Develop a library of reusable design assets and templates to maintain brand consistency.
• Design digital, print, social media, and onsite materials to support marketing and leasing.
• Fulfill design requests from Marketing, Leasing, and internal teams.
• Develop visual storytelling and messaging that resonates with student audiences.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager and cross-functional teams.
• Apply brand guidelines to ensure consistency across properties and campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, and feedback while meeting deadlines.
• Stay current with design trends and student housing industry developments.
