Job summary

Tailwind Group, a leading owner and manager of student housing, seeks a Brand Design Specialist to maintain brand identity and produce high-quality marketing assets. You will craft digital and print materials, templates, and campaign creative under the Graphic Design Manager, ensuring consistency across properties and initiatives.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, with occasional evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• 1+ year of marketing or design experience.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling marketing materials and templates.
• Develop a library of reusable design assets and templates.
• Design digital, print, social media, and onsite materials.
• Fulfill design requests from Marketing, Leasing, and internal teams.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling and marketing messaging.
