Job summary

Tailwind Group, a leader in off-campus student housing, seeks a Brand Design Specialist to uphold brand identity across marketing collateral, digital and print materials, and campaign creative. You will create scalable templates, maintain design assets, and support property marketing and leasing initiatives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

In this full-time, in-person role with potential hybrid options from Mankato or Excelsior, MN, you will work closely with the Graphic Design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• One or more years of experience in a marketing and/or design-focused position.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling marketing materials and scalable templates that empower on-site teams while maintaining property identity.
• Develop and maintain a library of reusable design assets and templates to improve workflows and brand consistency.
• Design digital, print, social media, and onsite materials, including promotional items and signage.
• Handle custom design requests from Marketing and Leasing teams; translate needs into polished deliverables.
• Develop engaging storytelling, marketing messaging, and creative hooks for student audiences and lead generation.
