Job summary

Tailwind Group, Inc. is seeking a Brand Design Specialist to uphold our visual identity across student housing brands. You will create high-quality assets, templates, and campaign creative under the Graphic Design Manager, ensuring brand consistency and compelling marketing storytelling.

The role supports property marketing and leasing efforts, with an 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. In-person work at Mankato or Excelsior, MN offices; remote consideration possible for highly skilled candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 1+ years of marketing/design experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling marketing materials and scalable, user-friendly templates for on-site teams.
• Develop a library of reusable design assets and templates to ensure brand consistency.
• Design digital, print, social media, and on-site materials to support property marketing and leasing.
• Handle custom design requests from Marketing and Leasing teams, translating needs into polished deliverables.
• Develop engaging visual storytelling and marketing messaging that resonates with student audiences and supports lead generation.
• Collaborate with the Graphic Design Manager and cross-functional teams on Tailwind Group initiatives.
