You will work with architects, marketing staff, and leadership to shape graphics that explain design concepts and project narratives.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Illustration, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Experience developing graphic communications in collaborative, deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience creating layouts, infographics, data visualizations, and presentations.
• Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop print and digital graphics for proposals, interviews, marketing, and project communications.
• Create diagrams, infographics, illustrations, presentations, and visual tools to communicate processes and concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, planners, architects, and engagement professionals to translate complex information into clear visuals.
• Support BRIC's graphic standards, templates, and visual identity evolution.
• Produce collateral that strengthens project storytelling and communicates impact to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to website, social media, publications, and awards submissions.
• Assist with renderings, presentation graphics, and visuals for community engagement and workshops.
• Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and quality.
