Job summary

Kitsch is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join our Product Development team. This full-time contractor role is US-based and remote, typically 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST, reporting to the VP of Product & Assortment Strategy.

You’ll own the artwork and photography workflow from brief to final file, ensuring assets match what’s on the shelf and coordinating priorities across Creative and Product Development.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate briefs into actionable tasks and timelines.
• Strong communication across Creative and Product teams to avoid delays.
• Ability to push back on unrealistic timelines and maintain production quality.

Responsibilities

• Check every creative brief for completeness (images, copy, specs, dielines).
• Own the Creative team's priority queue and balance requests from multiple teams.
• Track packaging artwork projects from start to finish and maintain status updates.
• Be the single source of truth and proactively share updates to prevent delays.
• Coordinate photography samples with office manager to prevent delays.
• Keep Asana up-to-date for all active projects and build aligned timelines.
• Identify and fix workflow bottlenecks to save time.
• Catch and manage label or material changes to ensure alignment with the final product.
