Otter Tail Power’s OTP High Tech Center in Fergus Falls, MN is seeking an experienced Brand Strategy Leader. You’ll guide enterprise narrative, messaging, and brand standards, aligning business priorities with communications strategies.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for content strategy, editorial planning, research and production, ensuring a single, credible company story for employees, customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, design, business, or a related field.
• Progressive experience in brand strategy, communications, marketing, content strategy, or related discipline.
• Ability to translate business strategy into clear brand, messaging, and content plans.
• Experience leading planning, content strategy, editorial workflows, or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of brand governance, tone, and audience needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise brand strategy and communication planning.
• Establish and steward narrative, message architecture, and brand standards.
