Northrop Grumman seeks a Manager of Enterprise Brand Strategy to lead the enterprise brand strategy function, shaping company positioning, narrative, brand architecture, naming strategy, and expression across audiences and channels.

They will lead a team of brand strategists and collaborate across the enterprise to connect business priorities to a unified strategic north star, reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Brand Strategy and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of related experience or a Master's with 8+ years of related experience.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of brand, strategy, marketing, or communications professionals.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise brand strategy including positioning, narrative, architecture, and governance.
• Strong experience in brand architecture, naming, messaging frameworks, and creative strategy.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills for senior stakeholders.

• Oversee brand architecture and naming strategy, governance, and toolkits across programs and audiences.
